CIS is a rapidly growing professional Clinical Research Company. We conduct Phase II-IV Clinical Research for Worldwide Pharmaceutical Companies.  We are currently recruiting for multiple positions to support our expansion. We have offices throughout the Chicago land area and in Kenosha, Wisconsin. 

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator in our Gurnee, Illinois office.

Applicants must have previous clinical research experience and a Bachelors degree or higher preferablly with a medical background.

The ideal candidate will be self-directed, accurate and organized. Must be a problem solver, multi-tasker and able to respond to data management requests in a timely manner. Knowledge of electronic data capture platforms such as Inform, Medidata Rave, IVRS and IWRS systems a plus.

You will have daily direct patient contact, including consenting, taking vitals, performing EKG's and other study procedures required by clinical protocols.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • completion and maintenance of patient charts including source documents
  • study drug accountability
  • data entry
  • assist with patient recruitment for clinical trials
  • interface with monitors during RMV's
  • SAE/AE reporting
